For Cap Guns:
This product may be mistaken for a real firearm by law enforcement officers or others.
Altering the coloration or markings required by state or federal law or regulations to make this product look more like a real firearm is dangerous and may be a crime.
Brandishing or displaying this product in public may cause confusion and may also be a crime.
This section may be enforced by the Attorney General under Section 8.31, but a court may not impose a civil penalty of more than $500 for a violation of this section.

For Caps:

❌ Do not use indoors.
🚫 Do not fire closer than 1 ft. to any person.
👂 Do not fire closer than 1 ft. to the ears.
👖 Do not carry the cap gun in your pocket.
👁️ Do not aim at the face or eyes.
🧍♂️ Do not fire at people or animals.
👨👩👧👦 Use only under adult supervision.
🔒 Additional Safety Rules to Consider
Store in a safe place out of reach of children when not in use.
Prevents unsupervised use or mistaken identity.
Keep away from flammable materials.
Cap gun caps can spark and should not be used near gasoline, aerosols, or anything combustible.
Always treat the cap gun as if it could be mistaken for a real firearm.
Emphasizes responsible handling.
Only use recommended or compatible caps.
Prevents malfunction or damage to the toy.
Inspect the toy regularly for damage or loose parts.
Promotes safe use and longevity of the product.
Do not modify the cap gun in any way.
Changing appearance, adding attachments, or altering functionality can make it unsafe and possibly illegal.
Transport cap guns in a bag or case, not in open view.
Reduces the risk of alarming the public or encountering legal trouble.
